People are under a lot of stress these days, and stress has more serious effect on their lives than they realize. Some people can die by stress. Nowadays, people do more mental labor than physical labor, so they do not enough exercise. So, many people are under stress now than before. The high levels of stress are physically and mentally bad for their health. Likewise, Stress can break the immune system and lead to mental illness, and have a bad influence on their body.
First, too much stress can have a negative impact on the immune system. Too much stress means the immune system cannot fight the germs. Specially, the immune system is very important to vulnerable ones like children or old people. Too much stress can break their immune system, so people who do not have a strong immune system can develop many serious illnesses like cancer.
Second, stress can lead to mental illness. Experts say the reason of mental problems is excessive stress. Ignoring stress can result in depression and mental illness. Finally, constant stress can bring on a severe mental illness.
Last, stress can have a bad influence on the body. Through stress, some people suffer from insomnia. Likewise, workers in high-stress jobs frequently suffer indigestion. In addition, stress can cause heart problems. Moreover, chronic stress can lead to heart disease and headaches.
Without a doubt, too much stress can weaken the immune system, lead to mental illness, and affect the human body. Many people experience a lot of work related stress. If people work too hard, they will build up stress and ruin their health. However, people cannot live without work. Therefore, people should try to reduce stress in a way such as meditation or exercise and improve quality of their life.
